What do you need to start the project?
First of all, we will need materials that will allw us to clearly understand your project. This could be drawings, Google locations, photography, 3D models and mood boards. We may request additional materials, if required to further understand the design. Before strarting the project, we will ask you to sign our standart agreement.
What files do you work with?
The file types we accept are: .3ds, .fbx, .obj, .dwg, .pdf, .jpeg, .pla, .png, .ai and .eps. However, if you don't see your file type on this list, it does not mean we can't help you.
What if I need more revisions?
Our standart offer includes 2 revisions, and 98% of our clients have never requested more than that. For every additional round of revisions we charge extra 15-20% depending on the project.
What payment method do you require?
After we have finished the project, we will send you our invoice with the information required to pay via bank transfer.
Do you offer duscounts?
Yes, we do. Recommend us to a friend or business partner, and you'll get our referral discount.
Any special offers for development companies?
We have a package deal for development companies. Our
package includes Exterior visualizations, Interior visualizations, 3D apartment
layouts and a Brochure.
